The Liberty is an all-terrain push chair with lockable swivel front wheels 
for optimum versatility. With the flip of a switch, the Liberty’s dual front 
wheels either swivel for extreme maneuverability or lock beneath the 
push chair for long distance walking over any terrain. The incorporation 
of Quick-Fold Technology makes the Liberty extremely easy to transport 
and store. Not intended for jogging purposes
